Frequently asked questions

How are the recipes put together?+
We've created our recipes with the guidance of a renowned vet, making sure every meal is backed by real expertise. The ingredients are bought locally, cooked by us, portioned, packed, frozen and delivered to you. All recipes are balanced — combining protein, carbohydrates, fibre and fat for longevity.
Can I feed your meals daily, long term?+
Absolutely. We don't add preservatives or artificial agents — which is exactly why we deliver weekly. It's just healthy, nutritious, home-style food.
Is the food human-grade?+
Yes. We source meat (without byproducts) and vegetables we'd eat ourselves, cooked in the most hygienic conditions.
How do I store and serve the food?+
Food arrives via cold-chain delivery — freeze portions immediately. Take a portion out of the freezer and keep it in the fridge for 10-12 hours to thaw. Alternatively, you can thaw the package in a bowl of water for 15 minutes. Serve chilled after thawing.
How long does the food last?+
Packs last up to 2 months unopened and frozen at -18°. That's why we deliver weekly — to keep things genuinely fresh and home-cooked. Once opened, consume within 24 hours — which won't be a problem as we deliver exact portions for a meal.
How is this different from other brands?+
Most brands use fillers to bulk up portions, which leaves them nutritionally incomplete — leading to low energy, dull coats and weight gain over time. With the right quantity and nutrition, we serve complete dog food.
Why should I pay more than kibble?+
Dogs deserve real food that is nutritious. Apart from the taste and happiness of the dog, our food is complete and ensures long term health. Food is fuel — with the right fuel, less maintenance is needed!
